However, there is a very negligible amount of Coanda effect in play too. I will address this soon. :) I am currently rewriting the lift part and the associated explanations to reflect this good. What makes the air to turn downwards?
In the article, it is discussed that this is due to the shape of the airfoil, but there should be a better explanation that involves an explanation of Coandă effect. - Santhosh (talk) 14:39, 12 November 2016 (UTC)
- Coanda effect is not the reason why the air gets turned downwards. It's another misconception that prevails and I should have addressed that in the article. However, there is a very negligible amount of Coanda effect in play too. I will address this soon. :) I am currently rewriting the lift part and the associated explanations to reflect this good.
