Energy is the natural property of any object in this universe. For any isolated or closed system, the total energy is constant. The energy can be transformed within the system in various forms, but it cannot be created or destroyed. This is also called as the law of conservation of energy. Energy is measured in SI units as joule, J. 1 J is 1 kg m2 s−2.
