Bernoulli's principle states the relation between the velocity of the fluid and the static pressure, dynamic pressure and the internal energy. As the velocity of the fluid increases, the static pressure drops, with a decrease in its potential energy and simultaneously the dynamic pressure increases, with an increase in its kinetic energy. The opposite happens when the velocity decreases.
